Kindergarten

Hello! My name is Vanessa Hart. I am from Austin, Texas, and as a child I attended AISD schools. After high school, I attended Abilene Christian University. I am a Texas Certified Teacher in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I was a high school cheerleading coach for two years before moving to Killeen, Texas to teach for three years. I also taught in Pflugerville before returning to Austin to teach in my favorite district. 😉 This will be my sixth year as a teacher at Govalle, and I am very excited to be back teaching kindergarten. My Hopes and Dreams for Govalle students this year is that they experience academic and social success. I believe early childhood education is a beautiful and special place. Together, we will promote kindness, openness and an appreciation of diversity while learning and mastering academic skills. I am very happy to serve the community I grew up in and look forward to working with you and your child this year and the journey we will go on together!
